Tough-because-I'm-starving-Tuesday!
Morning Ladies
I am finding the new WW Propoints plan mentally tough, LOL! I'm not sure why, but I constantly feel scared to eat anything for fear of using up my points! Perhaps a week on the new regime will mean I can judge exactly how strict you have to be, and how many of your 'treat' points you can actually use and still lose weight IYKWIM? I just cannot face a week of STS at the moment as I worry I'll lose my mojo : ) So as a consequence I'm SO hungry!!!
So far today (allowance is 31 points):
Breakfast = 1 slice of toast with spread and a boiled egg, cup of tea with skim milk allowance (6)
Snack = 2 large marmite rice cakes (2)
Will update later, I have 23 points left and eating at my parents house tonight so wish me luck!!

Oh dear, can't be fun having to rethink all your points :0/
I DID plan just didn't post it; I get 1x b & 2x a plus 15 syns
Breakfast - 2 weetabix with ss milk & banana (b &2/3 a)
Lunch - leftover chilli & rice with cheese (1/2 a)
Dinner - tuna & veggie sauce with noodles & cheese (1/2 a)
Drinks & snacks - tea, coffee (1/3 a) nas squash, a small chocolate brownie (6 syns) & a bit of tiramisu cheesecake (I'm assuming WAY too many syns so no more allowed!) fat free yoghurt & fruit

I'm 5 foot 7 and started the year feelinglike a whale and no happy a all with my weight or my body....
start weight at New Year = 13stone 13lb
10/2/10 :: 12stone 13lb
Easter 2010 :: 11stone 11lb
21/6/2010 :: 10st 6lb -
12/8/10 :: CALLING TARGET @ 9stone 13lb
that's almost 30% less than I weighed at the start of January & 2.5 stone less than I have weighed in my adult life :0o

Hi girls,
Kate, it is weird isn't it?! I read on the WW site that you don't HAVE to use the 49 extra points, but they do encourage it, so maybe we will lose weight even using all 49?! I have a feeling I will be using mine this week, as got a wedding on Saturday. BUT it is annoying having to re-calculate everything! I sat down last night and did a few things I've got in the cupboards, and updated my tracker from yesterday (the biscuits weren't as high as I initially thought) planning to do more tonight (sad or what?!) and yesterday, including pudding, I ended on 34 points, so my 30 allowance plus 4 from my weekly 49...
Today:
Breakfast:
Special K bliss bar (2)
Lunch out at a nice pub/bar, so guessing based on tracker:
Tagliatelle in a tomato sauce no cheese (counting as 13. 10 for pasta based on 100g dry weight being 10 points, and I weighed out (!!!) 100g dry spaghetti at home, and it looked a similar amount to what was at the restaurant ((and anyway Zoe did have some of it too!)) and then counting 3 points for approx. 2 tsp oil in the sauce and the rest just veg (tomatoes, garlic etc) so 0. On the tracker it says Zizzi spaghetti pomodoro without cheese is 11, so I reckon 13 should be fine?!
Snacks: 3 (oops) chocolate/shortbread cookie things (7) worked out from nvs.
That's 22/30 pro points used, so 8 left plus 45 weekly allowance. DH is working late so not sure what to have... Will be something involving SALAD!!!
Will try and update later-may well have to dip into my weekly allowance again... but want to try and save a fair few for Saturday...

Lost 2stone 1lb in 2009 (although 1 stone was in the week after Zoe was born...!)
Still got about 4 1/2 stone to lose in 2010! I WILL do it. Started again on New Year's Day, doing WW online.
Weeks 1-13: -21lb (1st 7lb)
Weeks 14-16: NO WIs as away in New York
Week 17: +5lb post New York
Weeks 18-29: -17lb (1st 3lb)
Weeks 30-36: -11lb
Week 37: Had a week 'off' the diet (completely!)= +7lb ARGHHH!
Weeks 38-41: Rubbish yo-yoing! -1lb
Week 42: -4lb
Week 43: +2lb ARGHHHHHH
Week 44: -5lb YAY! :-)
Week 45: -1lb and into the 12's for the first time hooray!

Week 47:
Week 48:
Week 49:
Week 50:
Week 51: PRE CHRISTMAS WEIGH IN!
