Ok i am starting properly Monday as Chloé will be 4 weeks old on the Wednesday. Will write a food plan for the week tomorrow.
Good luck everyone else.
They're doing this insentive thing there that if u go i think its 15 times before 6th dec to any of the fitness classes, swimming or gym and get this card thingy signed they will enter you into a prize draw to win all sorts of stuff like a meal for 2, ice skating vouchers e.t.c.
Sounds great and doesn't cost any extra as it's all included in my membership.
People have started commenting i've lost weight, my trousers are looser and one of them i now need to wear a belt on tight so they don't fall down, even after a wash and tumble dry.
Feeling a little better about myself with my hard work.
I hope i get to 9st 10 by the weekend. If I got to 9st9 I would be sooooooooo chuffed.
That won't happen though as i never can loose more than a pound in a week.
Going to wrap up warm and get up bright and early to walk the dog for an hour in the morning... if it's not a hurricane outside like it feels like lately.
Am going to take Danny for a swim just me and him in the evening and swipe my card.
THEN thursday is ladies only swimming and i'll take Billie for her one to one time.
Maybe on Friday or the wk end i'll then take Chloe on her own! lol.
Trying to give each child one to one time is hard but they love it and it's so important i think, just difficult to get the time to do it.
Well i think i'm probably just bored.
Ok well i'm off to write my story i've been working on for a few weeks.
Anyway i am now 9st 8lbs. Quite proud of myself. Chloe is 8 months old and i was 9st 4 when i got pg with her.
As they say 9 months on 9 months off and it seems to be bang on for that.
I think I can be under 9st 6 by Christmas.
I'm not going to gorge at Christmas either. I am going to atleast maintain for a week rather than try and loose as it's only a week and still walk e.t.c.
Anyway i shall update next week, hopefully i'll be 9st 7 or a little less :-)
Right then, well i got down to 9st 6 but being Christmas and me enjoying every minute of it i may have put on 2lbs?? Not sure as ate some pizza/pastries at a family get together last night and sometimes that can make me bloat. Unless that is wishful thinking.
I'll weigh properly on Thursday morning to give me a few days :-)
I've been taking the dog on lovely long walks that last little over an hour and are up hill e.t.c. to try and help me not put on weight.
I wanted to maintain rather than loose over Christmas, did not expect to put on any! I thought i'd have been more disciplined but there is literally chocolate 'everywhere' and cake, biscuits, Christmas pud, baileys e.t.c. e.t.c. blumin profiterolls and all that.
Atleast i've been walking otherwise i can't imagine how much i'd have put on. I just hope it's water weight (lol....)
It's meant to be raining for the next few days so either i won't walk, i'll go to the gym or i will just get wet in the rain. I guess rain doesn't hurt, as long as it's not horrible and windy.
Right now i've bored everyone and myself i'm going to read 'boy' by roald dahl, it's a v good book if anyone is intrested (yawn....hey if you're not interested then stop reading)
Ha! You're still reading aren't u cherie and anyone else.
how did you know!!!
personal stalker at its BEST!!!!!!!!
this sucks.... snow and ice means no walking or driving 2 gym and chloe is ill
