Hi there, If you had a normal delivery by three months your body should be ok for you to undertake most fitness regimes.If you have had a c section by three months you should be ok but check with your health professional. However if you are breast feeding make sure that you do not overdo things as sometimes your breast milk can have a tendency to dry up a little if you become dehydrated or do not allow enough calories fluid intake while exercising.. However I found this evidence based link to give you a better idea of how to work out what it suitable for you.
