Hi

Made a gorgeous Tea last night had to share it

Chicken thighs (I buy them skinless and boneless from asda)

1 egg

2 slices of WW brown Danish (4 syns)

20g Hard grated parmesan (4 syns)

Cajun seasoning

Blitz the bread into breadcrumbs add 28g of parmesan cheese and cajun spice. I put quite a lot of spice in.

Whisk the egg into a bowl and coat the chicken with a bit of egg, then a bit of the breadcrumb mixture.

Then when they are all coated pop them in the oven for about 30 mins high heat.

I managed to get 7 thighs out of the mix and it served 3 of us. So about 1 syn per thigh

Definatley be making these again. They tasted like KFC chicken just really moist and fresh instead of greasy.

Served them with wedges, homemade coleslaw and loads of salad. yum

Hi

Syn value comes from the cheese and bread if you don't use HE's for them

BUT, because you asked the question, I looked them up and think the cheese one is wrong!

Well spotted - still seems pretty low syn for something that sounds delish!

This was gorgeous! I used chicken fillets cut into strips and fajita seasoning. It went down a treat and was so professional looking.

Thanks for posting
