Hello

My little girl was born 17th May 2012 8.09 weighing 5lb 12oz.  I was induced at 36 weeks and had her at 36+1.  I ended up having an emergency c-section after her heart rate was dropping with every contraction.  They later told us the cord was round her neck which was making her heart rate drop.

It is her due date today but she will be 4 weeks tomorrow.  She is absolutely gorgoeus and so far has been a happy and content baby.  I had her weighed today and she is 7lb 12oz already so the breast feeding is going well.

Her big brother Jake is absolutely delighted with her and is very loving towards her.

Congratulations! Thank you for letting us know that Beth arrived safely. That must have been very stressful - I had an emergency c section too and even now thank my lucky stars my DS arrived safely.

I'm pleased her big brother is a big fan!

Hello, just popping in to say a huge congratulations to you all on the birth of Beth. So nice to see some lovely news! My pal baby was born at 36 wks, she now a strapping nearly 4 year old......yikes where did that go?! So pleased to hear she's here safe & sound, although very stressful for you. Xxxx
