maid of honour meltdown

ive done slimming world before countless times, and lost 3 stone. I've managed to keep 2 off :smileyhappy: My sister is getting married this year and im maid of honour. We bought our dresses last june - which was a size small but I could get in to it but it didnt look flattering at all. Since then I have found a new fella :smileyhappy: and also put on a stone! Too many gym nights replaced with nights in with takeaway and junk food.

So I started SW again on the 2nd jan, although not a great time to start with a weekend in manchester with old uni friends, my birthday (with a few meals out) and a massive costco cake to eat through. I managed to maintain.

This week is going good, with my new found obsession with pasta n sauce, i cant get enough of the leek and ham one. and for only 1 syn and it keeps me full till tea time I cant complain. Now I just have to survive the free crisps and endless amount of chocolate in work. I have the thought of the dress to keep me motivated because I know how awful I will feel if i cant fit in to it.

Thanks :smileyhappy:

Breakfast: Bacon (free), bread (B) and ketchup (2 syns)
Dinner: Jacket Potato (free), Cheese (A), chicken (free)
Tea: Home made spaghetti and meatballs

snacks: quavers (4.5)

I kn ow theres not a lot of veg/fruit but I dont like fruit and only like carrots and brocolli, so its quite hard for me to add them in. When i've done SW in the past I managed an average 2lb weight loss a week, so hopefully I can manage that again.

For extra easy to work you are supposed to have 1/3 of every plate fruit /veg so if you don't like fruit and veg maybe you are better of sticking to red/green days? Just a thought. X

I know but its worked for me in the past so im trying again, if i dont lose that much ill switch back to red/green days.

B - toast & butter (2)

L - spaghetti & meatballs

T - Chicken with swimming world chips, brocolli & carrots gravy (3)

(Not sure how many syns were in my gravy, it was a 2 spoons fulls, so if anyone can shed some light on this? )

Syns - flake (8.5), butter (2) gravy(3)

Total 13.5

Tomorrow im going nandos with work, so im going with butterfly chicken, with the skin off, with spicy rice. I've looked online and the chicken should be free (add a few syns for the oil its cooked in) and the rice is 2.5. So for me I think this is the best option to go with. Then run my butt off in the gym afterwards.
