hi today i weighed in at 4 stone over my own maximum weight target that i'd set in 2007,
(i was 11 1/2 stone & wouldnt go over 12 but here i am today 16 stone) :smileysad:
i start uni in March 2013, im a bridesmaid in Oct 2013 and a maid of honour in 2014,

i have every motivation i need & i must start, i've spent this past year refusing to be in pics and avoiding the mirror, i hate how swollen and puffy my face has become, my eyes almost look to be receding into their sockets....
anyhow enough of the 'poor me' talk i have ate like a pig and got what i deserved, now its time i get back on plan,

i'm considering joining a group on Thursday night, although with this support group i know i 'could' save my money... ?
I'm not hanging around waiting for a group i'm starting today, so here goes a fresh start xx

Breakfast - 2x weetabix (HEA & B)
Lunch - sw pepper quiche & tomatoes
Tea - cod in sauce and veg (2.5 syns)
Snacks - melon, 2x kiwis

Total daily syns - 2.5 syns

Welcome back Shelley.  We'll help you to get to goal in time for your bridesmaid duties next year and 2014!!

Are you doing EE?  If you are, make sure you have 1/3rd superfree foods with all your meals.  I didn't see any with your breakfast.

Good luck.

thanks :smileyhappy:
yes i was planning extra easy although it will be closer to red because if i eat carbs it slows my loss,
i was thinking the fruit snacks could be considered to average it out, does it need to be eaten at the same time? xx

Ideally, your 1/3rd should be eaten at the same time with your meal.  Some consultants say that you can have it spread throughout the day but if I remember rightly, the idea is that the 1/3rd superfree fills you up so that you don't go over the top with just free foods (if that makes sense).  If you find that you still lose weight, then carry on doing what you're doing.

Hope that helps and good luck again.

X

thanks :-)

i havent updated for a few days but i did join slimming world on Tuesday night, i was mortified to weigh in at 16st 1
i joined 2-3 years ago with the now consultant and we were both around 13 stone, she got to her target of 9 stone in just 9 months because she aimed to reach it quick so she didnt have to pay the weekly weigh ins,
so to get weighed knowing we started together and shes 9 stone now & a consultant and im 16 stone 1 is pretty scary,
she was lovely though and just said she was determined to keep me moving in the right direction and shes proof it works.

previously ive been following red and green but have decided to change with the times and follow extra easy,
i dont eat much meat and often think carbs are the reason i stick so it seems to make sense that the 1/3 of superfree should help,
i've started back up with my running on the wii too, i was mortified at how unfit i am,
apparantly its been 74 days, is that all? to lose my fitness 'that' much?
i ran 20 mins for the last 3 days and i'm slowly picking it back up,

ive used 2 syns and completed my sas fit log target already, but plan to continue 20 mins running daily,

although my slip is often the all or nothing attitude so i'll try to keep it real and not be disheartened if 1 day i should miss a workout or if i end up eating out 1 day xx

Good for you joining a group.  I'm sure you'll be the same weight as your consultant in no time at all.

I WI on Tuesday.  We can spur each other on.

Good luck for this week.
