hi ive never posted message here before so here goes..... i'm 30wks and 5 days with my third baby. ( 2nd pregnancy as i have 2yr old twins)
Anyway at my 26wk check up with my GP I was measuring 29weeks. ( although my booking in scan and subsequent appointments had me about 5 days behind but this was always consistent. ) I had my 30wks check up at hospital last week and was measuring 27weeks and a couple of days. baby is in 50th Centile about 2lb 9oz ( which im assured is ok) so they weren't too worried and asked me to come back at 35 wks. However I had a 4d scan at 28 weeks and the baby measured the same gestation / size then. ( I don't know about weight) I telephoned the midwife in a panic and advised that although doctors not too worried, I was as baby appeared not to have grown in the three weeks since 4d scan ( which by the way was unsuccessful as baby was upside down)I haven't put on any weight and bump only measures 30 weeks ( ive lost 3 weeks somewhere) which hi assume is ok but i'm more worried that it hasn't changed in 3 weeks. Midwife has asked me to come up later this week for a check. I have a history of IUGR where one twin stopped growing around 29-30wks and had to be del at 34 weeks. so im quite worried of the same thing happening again. can anyone help reassure me. i find it hard to eat now with worry as no appeitie.
