Money Matters
credit rating
I'm just wondering if you have a joint bank account, will the credit rating affect both of you? Most of the direct debit is in my husband's name but the money is taken from our joint account.
Does anyone know any one off credit check company? Most of them want us to set up a monthly dd and I don't want that. You could cancelled the dd straight away, it's just the hasle calling the company to cancel it!
Thanks.

Hi
I think it does affect the credit rating of both of you. Even having the same address as someone who has a bad credit rating can affect another person, I believe.
I think Experion or something let you join free for a month before you need to register with them.
