Cant really help you cos they dont have more than 2 days off here at Easter. Aston has preschool, including his graduation ceremony on Monday, Mums n tots Easter party Tues, preschool Weds, we're off to a friend Thurs, OH will be home Friday, Sunday we have a pancake breakfast and a concert in the evening, the following Tues preschool is at the petstore then they are bowling on Weds for a final fling.
There goes my two weeks pretty much.
I also have a nasty suspicion I might get asked to do some training in the last week................which would be a pita tbh.
Will have to see
Our church is doing an egg hunt and crafts on Fri night and all the local farms do similar at various prices.
The libraries have Easter craft sessions too.
Can you go for picnics or find new parks to play in? Can you arrange a playdate with someone from nursery?
Anyway,,,,,,,,,hope you have fun and the sun shines whatever you do decide to do?

Hi
How about some nice, long (tiring!) walks, feed the ducks, have a picnic, maybe a bike ride? All kinda weather dependant I know but I don't think it's going to be a bad week weatherwise (although BBC weatherman quite often lies to me). Isaac can have hours of fun in the garden with a spray bottle filled with water. Maybe Zac could sit and watch his plants grow some more ![]()
We're working / at nursery Mon and Tues, then my it's birthday on Wed so we're either going to the coast for the day or to the cinema (again, depending on the weather), Thursday Isaac has his hearing test and we're getting last min holiday things in town, not sure on Fri / Sat but we're going to a Monster Truck / Stunt show thing on Easter Sunday - hopefully, Isaac will love it!
Jane - you sound extra busy as usual!!
Enjoy it anyway, whatever you decide to do.

We aren't doing much, Easter dinner with the in-laws, but other than that nothing planned.
Things to do with little/no money? Hmmm, well I guess baking is a foregone conclusion, arts and crafts maybe, put an old shirt on Zac and let him paint to his hearts content, you can use things such as pasta that he can glue on. Old papers and glue and you can make papier mache things (eggs, bunnies, chicks), then he can decorate them. I'm guessing you'll have covered things like walks/the beach.
If the weather stays nice you can get out a paddling pool, or if you don't have one, even saucepans, cups etc filled with water for them to play with keeps them busy for ages.
Probably nothing there you haven't thought of, but thought i'd throw my two penneth in.
xx
