what now?
My life revolves around food and not in a good way. Cycle goes from I'm eat ok could be better then something triggers me to diet. That could be wanting new clothes, comparing myself to others, someone else doing well at weightloss, media anything really. Then comes the diet. I'm full of hope this time it'll work. I'm planning, cooking, focusing everything on the plan. Then the scales test. They've sts or maybe a gain. Despair sinks in suddenly all the 'treat' food I bought in becomes binge food.
I can tell you everything about my 'illness'. I know the cycles, triggers and reactions. What I don't know is how to stop the ride and get off.
I love this board but it may not be doing me any good atm. So after today im going to try to take a break. Not to read posts or keep checking. I'll set myself a small target of a week at first. I need to break all habits which I can turn into negative habits.
