Still struggling with things mood is dropping yet again...

I now am holding down two jobs and its all too much...I just want to die...

cant decide which to give up....

i am not coping with anything ...feel such a mess...i am seeing my cpn on friday will chat to her but she is as much use as a chocolate tea pot....!

I am so tired....i want to give in...

Im just sittin g here crying ...its so bad inside...

phoned my cpn had a chat...then she cancelled an appointment we had on friday....

in so much pain with my leg (knee and foot)..

I dont think i can hold it together.

Very gentle hugs Jayne. I am so sorry you are struggling again, it seems neverending for you. I think if your CPN is not any use, is it possible to be assigned a new one? Or maybe you need to go and see your Consultant? Have you contacted the Crisis team? Maybe they can help you more.

I think we often do take on more than we can safely manage, I have just done it myself, yet again. Perhaps if you write down the pros and cons for each job and see which looks best and which place you are happier at, would that help you choose?
