With great effort I've taken all my slimming world magazines and weigh in record books to recycling centre !!!!! I must admit I did panic slightly and nearly didn't go through with it but I did!!

Better today thanks not so good before but getting there. Trying not to beat myself up about what I don't do but be positive about what I do do.
I'm letting everything get to me and instead of building on positives I'm focusing on negatives. So no matter how small the positive thing may be I keep reminding myself of that. Like yesterday I cleared an area of the lounge (all my stuff). I sorted, tidied and organised. Today I cleared small corner in bedroom and got potatoes peeled and in pan first thing so they were out of the way. Eating has been better to today less snacking. Dd should have had her driving test today but it was cancelled due to driving conditions. I was saying to her before though you don't have to be prefect you just need to show them you're safe. Afterwards it really made me think I don't have to be perfect I don't have to put myself under so much pressure I have nothing to prove.

Sounds like you're cracking on with the house, nice work, it's good when a day kind of finds a rhythm and you can just make it work. You sound really calm and balanced, I hope that's how you feel. Good to hear from you ![]()

Well lets hope things keep going the right way ![]()
I'm trying to build up positives like today I'd done breakfasts, packed lunches, washed dishes, done dishwasher, hoovered, did school run and food shopped all before 9 a.m. ![]()
If I can get into a routine of getting things done early that will leave more time for craft, sorting, dog walking anything I want to fit in really. Last night while everyone was watching a film eating cake and chocolate I sat eating a carrot lol actually enjoyed it and didn't wake up with sugar hangover
.
Having trouble again with work colleague shes been very sharp with everyone but instead of having it out with her I took her flowers and gave her a hug. It seemed to work she was much happier today. I think shes quite depressed underneath it all.

That was nice of you. Maybe she has something going on in her home life that is worrying her and it's just coming out at work.
That's what I aim to do, get all the basics done first thing then if something crops up the whole day doesn't have to be thrown out. It certainly makes things easier - not to mention guilt free if I feel like having a lazy day after that.
Been feeling a bit under the weather this week, Dh has a chest infection (have I said this already?) and I think I might be getting a cold or something so I didn't want to do anything too strenuous like the bike so I did something I never do. I used Wii Fit. And I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. It reminded me how much I love and adore yoga. Gave me some food for thought so to speak.

Well another result today one of my other colleagues always buys me two packets of chocolate eclairs every half term because I give her a lift home. I mentioned I was trying to lose a little weight shes had slight weight issues in the past she lost almost three stone and has kept it off for years anyway back to story we've come to an agreement where I get flowers instead of eclairs. So win win shes gets to buy me something to show her appreciation and I don't eat rubbish.

Certainly is now I don't have to worry about eating them anymore.
I met old friend from gym yesterday shes trying get me go back lol. I must admit I was tempted by it all again but I must remember slowly does it as soon as I feel a little better I let things get out of hand. So taking deep breath and trying to stay calm. I do need tackle some form of exercise though.
Work and school cancelled today everywhere was like an ice rink

Pleased with eating today most of it healthy even though I've been craving chocolate with a headache ![]()
