So time consuming!
I made a little progress today with the clutter that has piled up in the hallway, but I can't get over how long it takes to make so little headway!!
I'm feeling a little downhearted to be honest.... any positive vibes most welcome!

I had days where it felt like I was going round in circles but it's all progress and moves closer to the goal.

Hi EF,
like sam said, clutter doesn't happen over night and it is a slow and steady chipping away that gets it all cleared. You have done amazingly well already so be kind to yourself. Don't rush at it like a bull in a china shop, then you will burn out, just slow and steady, little chuncks at a time and you will be surprised at what you have acheived.
Hugs

Thanks again ladies, as supportive as ever!
Today DH decided to help me out with clearing the hallway.... we spent at least 2 hours on it but still only got two thirds done! I do feel like we made progress though, because we were able to completely clear a small unit of 3 shelves and move it out of the way ![]()
Having a break for the evening, then back to it tomorrow!

"only two thirds done" is actually very good. Try to think of it more in terms of "only one third left to go"

Two thirds done means only a third to go. That is excellent progress! I am pleased to hear you are having a break. Getting over tired never helps.
