That really normal! Everyone worries about the same thing. All ladies think that the scan will identify a miscarriage or confirm there is no pregnancy. Honestly, I'm already worried about it, and you should google 'worried about scan' an see how many women felt exactly the same.. So, if we're all thinking it and less than 1% women suffer MMC (and I think the only example of the scan finding no pregnancy at all was in corrie!) odds are in your favour.
I keep telling myself i can't change anything by worrying and u should do the same.. Concentrate in passing the hours without cracking up, distract yourself, relax. Soon it will be over the likelihood is you will be home, happy and officially out of the dangerzone ready to tell everyone, buy things and start the good bit of pregnancy!

Like Michelle said, it is perfectly normal.
I got an early scan for that reason and that will keep me going for a few weeks but i know i will be the same before my 12 week scan too.

It is perfectly normal... I suffer with HG which is horrendous but it does get better... xx
