Will be all about the house :smileywink:

Every year I write a detailed plan of where I want to be at the end of it.  Its the same plan lose weight, get fit, do more craft and organise house.  Same plan same result heavier, no more fitter, bought more craft not did and more cluttered and disorganised than before.  So this year I'm concentrating on one thing the house that's it.

Next year I am focusing on just getting some balance.

I've been trying to live the same life that I had when we lived in the old house but it's just not the same and it's not even what I want. So I'm not going to think about diet and exercise anymore and just focus on enjoying where I live more. We've agreed to not spend any more money on the house which frees up loads of time and energy to enjoy the house as it is, work on the garden and spend more time on the beach. That's it, simple things for me.

I want to be able enjoy our house too.  In order to do that though I need major declutter some necessary repairs and a lick of paint.

So everything else will have to wait :smileywink:

For me, I think it will be like Sam, I want more balance in my life. I will have the chance to focus on my home and my interests more without having to struggle to work.

I'm very excited lol.

Can't wait to get Christmas done with so I can start properly.  Yesterday was a nightmare collected mum did huge food shop dropped that off picked up dd and went retail park.  Omg never seen it so busy drove around the vast carpark three times to find a space. As predicted dd couldn't find what she wanted and neither could anyone else so at least I've saved money :smileywink:. Went in card shop with mum and someone had been sick in there gross :/. Came back with major headache.

Anyway last week I joined a local selling site on fb. This morning I listed a deluxe puzzle case its been stuck behind my sofa for a couple of years never been used.  I put it on for £8 somebody replied straight away and came to collect it this morning she was so pleased with it she gave me £10 for it :smileyhappy:

I'm even more eager to get started lol. There's just the little problem of doing the Christmas gift wrapping :/

I'm also slimming down my internet life. I'm just going to use this forum rather than this and another one I spend time on at the minute and I'm going to slim down my blogroll.

Bought a gift for my mum today. Don't know if it's a good gift or not but there you go! Dh wrapped most of the gifts this morning and I have a few more tricky ones do then we're sorted.

There are a few more changes fermenting in my brain but nothing I can put into words just yet.

Ikwym its all mind clutter which does take time and energy.

I've been fretting about how I'm going to get all my wrapping done. Come up with a productive but not so intimidating plan. Plan is wrap five things a day and that's it breaking it down mentally and physically should reduce the dread and drama :smileywink:

I don't really have any mental clutter I'm just not fully sure how to put into words my feelings about something I'm going to do.

Good idea about the wrapping. Christmas seems to be one of those times where people make a massive drama out of pretty simple things. so gift wrapping and card writing have to be done in a massive session taking hours and demanding perfection rather than just doing bits as and when. And a Christmas dinner is only a fancy roast, no need to stress about it but we get into a tizz about it. Madness.

This glittery thing is what I bought for my mum today.
