Finally, great weather to start the hols and so nice with all the schools finished for the summer. Picnics, beaches, parks, and playgrounds all make cheap entertainment. 

I got my granddaughters some supersoakers and they have been playing with them all yesterday. I noticed our Pound shop had some smaller ones which would also be good.

Anyone else got some ideas to share for great but inexpensive activities for the children?

I think  if you use a bit of imagination, you can go a long way with little to no money. Check out this blog for ideas on what to do with kids with little or no cash and also check out the post on Olympic activities to do at home which is 100% free!!
