Clean & Lean Day 2
Day 2 went well. I started with a small bowl of raspberries, blueberries and plain yoghurt. No honey in my yoghurt from now on!
Usually on Sundays, we have a late lunch/early dinner, so after breakfast I did Bikram Yoga again until 11:30am, after which I drank 330ml of coconut water and then didn't eat again until 4pm when I had a BBQ.
I ate tomatoes, orange salad (orange, watercress, cucumber) and some leafy bits, chicken and a burger. No potatoes but some olive oil dressing and no dessert.
After that I played tennis for 1.5hrs and had a nectarine before I went to bed, with a small handful of cashew nuts (unroasted, unsalted).
So far so good...
