Mine has to be orzotto with v-pud, enchiladas or a jacket potato with baked beans.

Mmmm that sounds nice! And I reckon that a jacket potato with baked beans is the ultimate easy comfort food (and you don't need to feel guilty about it either!!!)

It really is, so good for you and just the best when you're cold or wet or just want to flop out and not worry about cooking.

Has to be stew and and dumplings with red cabbage!

I love making stew and dumplings, especially since I got my slow cooker! I have never added red cabbage although that is now most definitely on my list for next time now!

Oh yes, you have to have the red cabbage! Usally and condiment to hot pot but ever so great with stew and dumplings! mmmm I'm getting hungry now!
