I would suggest that first of all you sit down together and discuss what the surgeon told you to do and what not to do. How to exersise, and how to rest with your foot in a comfortable position.
When you are both sure of ant sitting/lying/standing positions you can comfortably achieve, then you can start looking at what positions you can use for sex. So long as no undue pressure is applied to your ankle other thatn that recommended by your surgeon, yoou should be on for some fun. Get a pair of trousers or shorts that you can comfortably wear, have them cut up the legs from bottom to waistband, and then sew in velcro to hold them together. That way your girlfriend can get you out of them (and some underwear suitably converted) quite easily and sexily.
If you cannot kneel, or lie on top of her, that limits some of your choices, but you can sit. She can then sit in your lap, or she can lie on a surface level with your chair, and you can draw her into your lap either on her back or her front, so that her legs hang down beside your thighs. You can of course indulge in all the woman on top positions, or she can stand astride you with her back to you sitting down, and reverse onto you. You should be fine for 69 or her face sitting on you. If you use a dining chair, she can stand rather than sit, astride you facing you, and be in control giving both of you a long slow and delicious experience.
