Have to say feeling a little smug with myself :smileywink:

Firstly not eaten chocolate for four weeks and three days.

Lost half a stone.

Did more advanced yoga moves first time tonight.

Also treated myself to some Redken hair products for my new longer do :smileywink:. New make up got rid of load of old stuff. Some  new UV polish.  Also some clothes not too many. Plus dh bought me some more Pandora and Kindle HD fire.

Plus at yoga tonight a friend I know who's a beautician was amazed when she complimented me on my nails and I said I'd done them at home myself.  She couldn't believe it another bonus :smileywink:

Ha Von, you're so girlie!

Well done with your weightloss, glad you're happy and great to hear you sounding positive, long may it last.

I have just started using a Kindle, after years of avoiding them and not seeing the appeal. They're great aren't they?

I know lol :smileyhappy:

I think it was the right time to re join gym everything is slipping in place. Still need sort eating plan better though. Breakfasts seem to be main problem usual have crumpets or pancakes neither particularly good use of calories.

Think I'm in the zone so to speak. Wish some would rub off on dd shes put almost all of her weight back on and is miserable and upset. She's back to 14st at 5ft 3 :smileysad:. She's gone back to all her old ways of eating.

Forgot to add hip and back better :smileywink:. There's been a huge improvement no more pain.  Got pump and yoga tonight did zumba last night. Lets hope after all this time there's light at the end of the tunnel :smileywink:

There is no light at the end of the tunnel! You're doing it and getting the results you want.

Don't worry about your breakfast too much, if you're enjoying it and it tides you over until your next meal then why try to perfect it? You're feeling good, losing weight and having fun, pain free so why not just enjoy that rather than looking at the tiny things you could tweak.

It is a shame for your DD but she's an adult so it's up to her. Plus she has her new bf so she's probably in that honeymoon part where everyone puts a bit of weight back on. If she wants to do something she'll get round to it eventually. YEah, she'll probably beat herself up about it but that's what happens isn't it?

I can't believe I asked someone how much weight they think I should lose (I do need to shed some as my ass is huge) and they said 12lbs. If I lost that I'd fall down a bloody grid. Idiotholes with charts.

Of course we all know everyone fits in with charts not.  Someone else commented on my weightloss today :smileywink:

I'm just trying adjust things slightly to make sure I keep losing weight until I get to where I want to be.  Had lunch out with friend today so having berries, yogurt and muesli for dinner may add something else if hungry.

I've had chat with dd think shes going keep food diary for a while and try some workout DVDs.  She's doing squash and yoga on Sundays with me as well.
