also if i was to follow a recipie for pretzles with ingredients below how many sins do u think it would be say per 25g
4 cups flour
2 1/4 tsp. yeast (Active Dry) -- or 1 packet
1 1/2 c. warm water
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3 T baking soda
Coarse salt

the only way I could work out the recipe for the pretzles is do the syns for the whole recipe then you would have to weigh the result and see if you could work out the 25g worth
