They are synned unfortunately but the syn value is for the whole bag so between 4 or 5 chicken breasts it doesn't work out much and well worth it if you ask me, I really like them! Someone on the board recently suggested buying the roasting bags and making your own with herbs and spices for a synfree alternative! x

I've got the paprika one in but not used it yet. Syn value you good for what you get iykwim.

Yeah, great syn value! I have some chicken breasts in the fridge that need used today actually so I'm going to cook them up in a bag tonight and can have them tomorrow cold in salad!
