Help and advice pleaseee!!! :)
Hiya, i have been doing slimmingworld now for around 5 weeks, i keep having really good weeks and then put it all back on by the next week.
i struggle of a night time after tea and i dont do much exercise due to working in a 43 bed care home, so im alwas up and down the stairs.
i have toast for breakfast with egg or on its own
soup or fish or a salad filled pitta bread
cooked tea - chilly, meat and potato and lots of veg
i just really dont know what im doing wrong, can someone help me as i want to loose a stone by may

No exercise - excuse me I think you will be doing loads of exercise
on the foods you have put on here I have one comment - are you having wholemeal pitta and are you having it as HE B as it is no longer a HE B so you have at least 6 syns there
Are you drinking plenty through out the day as this helps a lot to help flush the system plus itt is supposed to keep you feeling fuller /fresher/energised
Are you posting you diary below??? so we can see exactly what you are having so we can all comment on it
( sorry not been on for a few days as laptop is not well and having to pinch Hubbys work laptop when I can - so not caught up with all the posts on here )

I was going to say exactly the same about the pitta - I thought it was syns also, otherwise it seems OK.
Try juggling things around a bit so you are not eating the same things all the time, this will shake up your metabolism and also you wont get borad eating the same thing all the time then reach for the munchies.
Otherwise just keep going. It all comes off at different speeds for all of us. it will come off in the end!
