Hi again, can someone look up if golden wonder plain instant mash potatoe is free or if it Syns how many? Not sure if all plain mash potatoes are free or not but this one contained 75% potatoe where others are around 90. I can give the nutritional values if It cannot be found online. Thankyou in advance
