Hi I haven't been doing SW long but as a dessert I like a bowl of fruit (normally I use grapes, strawberries, plum and nectarine or peach) top with VLF natural yoghurt, 2 teaspoons of honey (1 syn per teaspoon) and either two crushed amoretti (1 syn each)or two ginger thins crushed (1.5 syns each). It is really yummy. Well got to go look on the WW site to see if I can get those yummy sweets one poster suggested (thanks for that). Oh and also mini milk ice lollies (my favourites) are only 2 syns.
Hope this helps Lori

sugar free frozen ice pops are mostly free, the calypso ones are 1 syn each and really sweet... ice pops are my life saver !

you could also make scanbran cake ... my favourite is banana and golden syrup (1 syn for the syprup) and healthy extra B for the scanbran !

It always makes me laugh when people mention how many syns a certain biscuit is. I mean it is all fair and well if you are the type of person that could buy a pack of party rings and eat one a day but there is no way in cats hell I could ever do that! If you put an open pack of biscuits in front of me I would either eat none or eat the whole lot! Once I have eaten one it is all over! LOL
I make a bread pudding which is divine! I think I have posted it here before but I cant remember! So here hows to do it anyway:
Break 3 slices of weight watchers brown danish bread into small pieces. (I use a blender to do it but it can be done by hand) Add some water to moisten the bread. Beat an egg and add the moist bread pieces stiring well ensuring all of the bread is coated with the egg. Then sift 2 tsps of mixed spice and 2 tsp ground nutmeg. Add 2 tsp sweetener and mix well. Add 1 tablespoon of sweet mincemeat and stir in well.
Put in the microwave for 5-6 mins depending on your microwave. It amounts to 1 HE B choice and 2 syns! Once cool sprinkle the top of the cake with sweetener.
It isn't too far away from the real thing I really enjoy it!
