Can't stop thinking about food...
Hi everyone!
So, day one on the plan. Very excited, but can't stop thinking about food!
I had my breakfast about an hour ago (HeB all bran, ff yog danone activia and a banana) but already feel like I'm hungry... all i can think about is food and that I want to eat!!!!
Argh.... what's wrong with me???

don't give in but try having a drink either hot or cold it does not matter but sometimes you think you are hungry when actually you are thirsty = plus you had a quite dry breakfast so the liquid may help you feel fuller

I agree with what's already been said, this is normal when you start eating healthily. Drinking more water or making a hot drink was useful for me. I'd make myself a hot drink and tell myself that if I still wanted to eat after an hour then I would, and I'd try to concentrate on something else. Another thing you can do is change the way you see this. I think about food a lot, and I put a lot of thought into what I eat. If I'm having soup, for example, I'll make it myself and I'll spend most of the day looking forward to eating it. I love food and I wouldn't want that to change.
