Are Muller Light yoghurts still free food?

Morning all!

Are Muller lights still free? I'm sure I overheard someone at group saying that some were now syns, but I'm not sure if they meant the new Greek yoghurt ones.

I had a vanilla one with my breakfast (poached eggs on toast, yoghurt and satsumas!) and don't know whether to record it as free food or a syn?

Hey Teanna,

I know the Muller light greek style ones are half a syn. I also know the Muller greek style rhubarb (not light) is 4 syns and lovely as I had it the other day.

As far as I know all the original muller lights are free. I think they did change briefly and then I think they changed back. I',m 99% sure vanilla is free. I hope it is as I have it as free!

They vanilla with cherry and chocolate is 2 syns.

Hope that helps.

Just been into our local asda, it's a tiny one and they didn't have any in. :-( I've bought a cherry one to try instead. I bet it's got lumps in .......
