I don't have anything myself as such but would be interested to know what the procedure is if I did have something. What do people have to do who either have something to sell or want to buy something ?

How can people stay safe while buying and selling ?

have you done all the things tv show tell you to do

re neural  colours on the walls , white bath rooms, decluttered open house days 

i have seen loads of for sale signs go up in the last few weeks so i think a lot of people will want to move now

so hopefully you will sell your house is there is no snow your way.

shame you cant really advise or show links on here but those are the rules

for me no i dont want to sell but might have to due marriage break down but will see how the meditation goes .

hence why i have to sort out stuff and get decluttering

Hope the mediation works for you both.

Think we've done everything we can. We've not done an open house day. Do you think they help? Only problem with that might be is that we have problems with the neighbour. We really don't get on and I wouldn't want him causing trouble.

Thanks for the link Karen. I jumped straight into your message from the main page and missed seeing that on the top of the board.

Sorry to read that you're going through a tough time right now. I moved in with my mum and am decluttering. I also know that I won't be allowed to remain here when she is no longer around and I dread dealing with even more stuff to get rid of when I have to move to a smaller place.

I've done so much decluttering with so much still to do that it's becoming a hobby but not one that I'm enjoying so I sympathise with you completely.
