Hope this little piece of information helps.

1) Clinical breast examination every 3 years from age 20-39 then every year there after
2) Monthly breast self examination beginning at age 20
3) Baseline Mammogram by age 40
4) Mammogram every 1-2 years for woman age 40-49 depending on previous findings
5) Mammogram every year for woman age 50+
6) A personal Calender to record your self exams, Mammograms and appointments
7) Low Fat Diet, Regular Excercise, No Smoking, No Drinking.

This Detection Plan was taken from the National Breast Cancer Foundation Inc.
These are guidelines only.

Please take care and remember to check your breasts on a regular basis.
