I read this questions elsewhere and it brought up interesting thoughts.

If I wasn't afraid or better still had nothing to be afraid of I would like to travel round the world or experience living in other countries.

Me too.  I'd love to live in the US or India for a while.  I've booked a solo trip abroad soon which as it draws nearer I am scared of, but I know I'll do it

I'm going out and about on my own more often and it is giving me a good feeling every time. I feel I don't have to rely on others to do something enjoyable and that's such a confidence boost.

I hope you will feel as empowered after your holiday. Hope it goes well.

I would start job hunting again and go to an interview if I got one, even if it was in another part of the country. I have always liked the idea of living somewhere in scotland or ireland but have no connections there so would be worried about being lonely.

I went through a phase of constantly dreaming about tornadoes so I'd love to go storm chasing in Tornado Alley in the US. I'd also love to learn to swim but a) I don't like water and b) wouldn't be seen dead in a swimsuit! :-P

Lol, oh that made me laugh.I can't swim either and also wouldn't want to be seen dead in a swimsuit. If they brought back those bathing huts and full neck to knee costumes I might reconsider.

I have to say that I am fascinated by extreme weather and was watching a programme on something similar last night.

I'd be all in favour of those huts too Owly!   I actually loved the photos of Nigella Lawson wearing the all-in-one swimsuit that she got criticised for last year - what a great idea!

I remember seeing this at the time but this is the first time I've noticed the pattern on the front.

That would be my paddling outfit sorted then !
