So I asked what multi-vits I should take and if it would be better to take a specific one for TFAB, eventhough I had before and wasn't sure if there was much point and maybe best to just take a normal multi-vit. Anyway, after a bit of a chat with this man, who was super helpful, he said due to my hormone levels and the fact my progesterone was quite low a few months ago, that I should try Agnus Castus. I had obviously hear of this from these boards, but always was under the impression it was more for ladies who have irregular cycles etc, and as mine are very regular it wasn't for me. But he said its my hormones I need to sort, that its one of the most important things to get right. Another thing he advised was that I don't skip meals....which I do very often! He said this affects the hormone levels and its not going to help. So I need to start eating a bit better, eventhough I do eat healthily, but I do skip meals and if I want to get pregnant I will just need to sort that.</p><p>So felt quite positive after, and he made a lot of sense! So fingers crossed this will do the trick, as long as I do everything right of course! I started Agnus Castus today, took 20 drops in water, twice today.
